Donald Trump Claims Victory Over Kamala Harris in Pivotal US Election

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has declared victory over Democratic opponent Kamala Harris after being projected to win key battleground states, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia.

In a speech to his supporters, Trump expressed gratitude for the backing from his team and family, promising to deliver the changes that Americans have voted for.

The Associated Press also projects that the Republican Party is set to regain control of the Senate, signaling a significant shift in US political dynamics.

With polls closed nationwide after the November 5 election, voting proceeded largely without issues. According to CNN projections, Trump has accumulated 266 electoral votes, while Harris stands at 188, inching Trump closer to the 270 votes required to secure the presidency.

Attention now turns to four remaining swing states-Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin—as the final results will determine the path to the White House.
